This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Shipping
- Mainland Spain: dispatch within 24-48 working hours of payment confirmation, by courier with tracking. Usual delivery in 1-2 additional working days.
- Balearic Islands: dispatch within 24-48 h; delivery in 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: contact us before ordering. Destination taxes and customs charges are payable by the recipient.
- European Union: lead time and cost confirmed by email before dispatch.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Orders placed on public holidays or outside working hours are processed on the next working day. You will receive the tracking number by email.
If the parcel arrives with visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery note and send us photographs at info@tectonsafety.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns
Withdrawal (consumers): 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging and with all its documentation. Write to info@tectonsafety.com quoting the order number; we will confirm the return address. Return costs are borne by the customer and the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the product, by the same payment method.
Defective or non-conforming products: contact us with the order number, the serial number engraved on the product and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund and bear the transport costs.
Important for personal protective equipment: an anchor that has been installed, machined or loaded cannot be returned to service and cannot be returned, except for a manufacturing defect. Made-to-measure test specimens cannot be returned either.
Orders from companies and professionals: the right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns due to ordering errors will be considered case by case, always with the product uninstalled and in perfect condition.
