This legal notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website tectonsafety.com (the "website"), through which TECTON SAFETY, S.L. provides information about its products and services and allows the online purchase of fall protection components and mounting accessories. Accessing the website grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of this legal notice, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the terms and conditions of sale.

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the website and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. The products sold are Category III personal protective equipment (PPE) or fixing accessories for such equipment. The technical information published (data sheets, manuals, mounting drawings, loads, permitted users) is provided with the utmost diligence and corresponds to the official documentation of each product; nevertheless, it is for guidance only and does not replace the instruction manual supplied with each unit, nor the risk assessment and the calculation of the supporting structure that a competent person must carry out for each installation. TECTON SAFETY, S.L. is not liable for installations or uses that do not follow the instructions of each product or the applicable regulations (EN 795:2012, CEN/TS 16415:2013, Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and occupational risk prevention legislation).
