At Tecton Safety, we design and manufacture fall protection components in Spain. Each piece undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process that guarantees the quality and traceability required by European regulations. Our process covers everything from precision laser cutting to individual serial number marking.

Laser cut

Precision cutting in AISI 304/316L stainless steel with tolerances of ±0.1 mm. Fiber optic technology for maximum cutting cleanliness.

CNC Bending

CNC folding at 80° with R3 radius for maximum structural strength. Dimensional control on each part.

Vibrated and polished

Vibratory surface finish that guarantees corrosion resistance in marine and industrial environments. Uniform professional appearance.

Laser engraving

Permanent engraving of serial number, standard, CE mark, and traceability data on each piece. Format #A0000 unique per unit.

Quality control

100% dimensional and visual inspection of production. Load testing by sampling according to EN 795 standard.

Warehouse and shipping

Permanent stock in national warehouse for 24-48h shipping to anywhere in peninsular Spain.
