At Tecton Safety we design and manufacture fall protection components in Spain. Every part goes through a rigorous manufacturing process that guarantees the quality and traceability required by European standards. Our process runs from precision laser cutting to individual serial-number marking.

Laser cutting

Precision cutting of AISI 304/316L stainless steel with ±0.1 mm tolerances. Fibre laser technology for the cleanest cut.

CNC Bending

CNC bending to 80° with an R3 radius for maximum structural strength. Dimensional check on every part.

Vibratory finishing and polishing

Vibratory surface finish that guarantees corrosion resistance in marine and industrial environments. Uniform professional appearance.

Laser marking

Permanent engraving of serial number, standard, CE mark and traceability data on every part. Unique #A0000 format per unit.

Quality control

100% dimensional and visual inspection of production. Sample load testing according to EN 795.
