General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions regulate the sale of fall protection products through the Tecton Safety online store.

2. Products

All products sold by Tecton Safety are Category III Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), manufactured in accordance with EN 795:2012 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Each item bears CE marking and an individual serial number for full traceability.

3. Prices and Payment Method

Prices indicated include VAT unless otherwise stated. For professional orders, please contact our sales department for special conditions. Bank transfer, credit card, and cash on delivery are accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery time is 24-48 hours for mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery times and shipping costs may vary. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Warranty

All Tecton Safety products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with current legislation, without prejudice to the useful life indicated in the instructions for each product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with installation and maintenance instructions.

7. Responsibility

Tecton Safety products must be installed by qualified personnel following the assembly instructions provided. Tecton Safety is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect installation, non-compliant use, or lack of maintenance and periodic inspections.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, on Personal Data Protection. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these conditions, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals.
